Graduated from Tallinn Secondary School of Science and later from University College London with a master’s degree (with honors) in political science, where he thoroughly studied the recent history of Eastern Europe and Russia.

We strive to contribute to the future of Saaremaa through the creation of an exciting, environmentally friendly and technologically advanced museum at the most preserved border guard complex in Eastern Europe (including the tallest watchtower of its type) with unique history and military architecture.
